Amazon recently released the new Kindle, a digital device that enables you to download your favorite books to a completely mobile and simple to use, wireless reading device. You can download books, blogs, magazines, and newspapers, no more carrying 4 or 5 books on the airplane for me anymore.

And think what an asset this type of device is to college students that lug around that 50 lb bag of books on their back everyday. I bet the school books will be available in this format very soon.

What really caught my attention when I heard about this was that more than 250 top blogs from the worlds of business, technology, sports, entertainment, and politics, including BoingBoing, Slashdot, TechCrunch, ESPN's Bill Simmons, The Onion, Michelle Malkin, and The Huffington Post -- are all updated wirelessly throughout the day to the Kindle.

I recently purchased a cool little device that allows me to record professional audio with my condenser microphone directly into my computer without a mixer.

It's only about 2-3 inches long, plugs in via the USB, you can carry it in your pocket, and create professional audio in your home or on the road.
